Objective
Design a team building day where participants had access to high-end virtual reality equipment and to content that worked both as a game and as a team exercise.
A virtual reality team building day for TAG Heuer
TAG Heuer was looking for a team building day for its staff that was both fun and educational, built around immersive technology.
Design a team building day where participants had access to high-end virtual reality equipment and to content that worked both as a game and as a team exercise.
Classic team building formats start out against the participant’s scepticism. A headset disarms it within a minute: nobody is thinking about the exercise, they are all thinking about what they can see.
A full day of immersive team building: curated content, high-end equipment, staging and facilitators keeping the activity moving.
We chose the experiences in our catalogue that best matched the tone of the brand and the idea of working as a group, and designed the space so the rest of the team could follow on screen what each participant was seeing.
The day combined competition and learning, and the content chosen was very well received. The branded staging kept the brand present throughout the activity.
