Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S hire Meta Quest 3S for hire
The device

Why hire Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S

They are the most widely used mixed reality headsets on the market, and that makes them the ones that work best at a busy event: they start fast, need no computer or cables, and the colour passthrough lets people see the room, so nobody gets disoriented and you need less floor space. Both models carry the same processor and the same passthrough: what changes is the lenses, the resolution and the cost per unit.

What we offer

Hiring is not just the hardware

The headsets arrive working and with someone who knows how to run them. All of this is in the price.

Setting up the devices

They arrive ready: accounts created, kiosk mode on, network configured, brightness and IPD adjusted and battery at 100%. Nobody has to fight a menu on the day of the event.

Installing your content

We load your application, your 360º video or your experience onto every unit and leave them synchronised so they start on their own and play the same thing on every headset.

Custom applications

If you have no content, we build it. Applications of our own for this device: product configurator, training, virtual showroom or brand game, with your identity and your objectives.

Specialist staff

Technicians who seat each guest, adjust the headset, explain how it works, answer questions and keep hygiene and turnover going all day.

Two models

Which of the two you need

They are hired separately and they do not do the same thing. Here is the difference, with the specs of each one.

Meta Quest 3 Sharper image

Meta Quest 3

The one with the better image. Pancake lenses and more pixels per eye: text reads without straining and there is no blurry zone at the edges. This is the one to use when the content has fine detail or the guest will be inside for a while.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about hiring Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S

How many Meta Quest headsets can you hire out at once?
We hold more than 50 units in stock, so we cover anything from a stand with two headsets to an event with dozens of people using them at the same time. Simultaneous events in different cities are also possible: we have trained technicians in more than twenty Spanish cities.
What is the difference between hiring a Quest 3 and a Quest 3S?
The processor and the colour passthrough are identical, so they run the same content just as smoothly. Three things change: the Quest 3 has more resolution (2064 × 2208 px per eye against 1832 × 1920), pancake lenses instead of Fresnel — which give a sharp image right to the edge — and a wider field of view, 110º against 96º. In return, the 3S is considerably cheaper. If your content has small text or fine detail, go for the Quest 3; if what counts is the number of units, the Quest 3S is more than enough.
Which of the two suits my event?
As a rule of thumb: Quest 3 when what matters is the quality of what is seen — product launches, training with technical detail, a demanding audience — and Quest 3S when what matters is how many people go through the experience. They can be combined at the same event: a few Quest 3 for the main demo and 3S for the queue. We will advise you with no commitment.
Can you install our own application or video on the headsets?
Yes, and it is what we usually do. We load your APK, your 360º video or your experience onto every unit, leave them in kiosk mode so nobody can exit to another app, and synchronise them so they start on their own. If you have no content, we develop it for the device.
Do we need a computer, wi-fi or anything installed at the venue?
No. Meta Quest headsets are standalone: no computer, no cables. A table or a clear space is enough. If the content needs a connection we bring our own access point rather than rely on the venue wi-fi, which is usually saturated at trade shows.
Does the hire include staff?
Yes. The technician who sets up, runs and packs down is included, and seats each guest, adjusts the headset, explains how it works and answers questions. They also handle hygiene between uses and keep the queue moving.
Which cities do you deliver Meta Quest hire to?
All of Spain, with travel and logistics included in the quote. We work regularly in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao, Seville, Zaragoza, Valladolid and Málaga, and on the islands too.
