It depends on what you book. The base is the equipment and transport both ways. From there you add whatever your event calls for: the set-up, your content, custom development, the build, the technicians on duty all day, cleaning the headsets between users, and the get-out. Everything is itemised on a single invoice, so you can see what you are paying for and drop what you do not need.

It depends more on how long the event runs than on how many people attend. With a five-minute experience over a two-hour event, each unit serves about twenty people. Tell us the numbers and the duration and we will work it out before quoting: too many units costs you money for nothing, too few creates queues.
