Iveco needed to train its operators in the safe handling of production machinery without exposing them to real risk while they learned.

Phase 02
The opportunity
In health and safety, the mistake is exactly what needs practising and exactly what cannot be allowed. Virtual reality lets you get it wrong as often as you need and see the consequence without anyone getting hurt.
Phase 05
The solution
Health and safety training in virtual reality, built to fit the plant and repeatable as often as each operator wants, without stopping production or putting anyone at risk.
Phase 03
The work
The build involved every department and was matched to the plant’s real procedures: the machinery, the routes and the protective equipment are the ones the operator finds at their own workstation.
Phase 04
The result
The success of the previous build for Iveco led to this second project, which reached the same level of satisfaction: operators arrive at the real workstation having already practised the sequence.
